LIVEBOX SYSTEMS LTD provides support services through email, telephone, online chat, and personal visits. We also update you with the latest releases, versions, updates, upgrades, and bug fixes. Since Livebox solution server is available under GNU GPL, all future releases, versions, updates, upgrades, and bug fixes will be available.


PRODUCTS

LiveBox Solution Server has already established a closed user group and a knowledge base including a FAQ database which will be accessible to all customers of Livebox solution server at its website so that users can log in and help themselves in many cases by looking at solutions posted by Livebox solution server technical staff and users.


SERVICES

  • Support for unlimited number of incidents
  • Incident support from 9.30 am to 6.00 Pm Nigerian Time on all days of the week except Sundays, National holidays and Organization's local holidays.
  • Telephone, email and Web support in which Solution Provider provides general information, problem determination, isolation and verification.
  • Check that correct software releases and latest updates are made available to the customer.
  • Customer can define authorized customer contacts.
